DATA ANALYSIS AND VISUALISATION - WITHIN INTAAS
See what your reporting is telling you.
Available within the relevant Intelligence as a Service (IntaaS) packages, our data analysis and visualisation helps you understand patterns, prioritise action and make better informed decisions about resources and investment.
From reporting to decisions
01
Understand patterns and recurring weaknesses.
02
Focus attention and resources where they are needed.
03
Connect reporting with organisational learning.
WHY INSIGHT MATTERS
Individual reports tell only part of the story.
A single event may receive attention while a recurring weakness remains difficult to see. Information can accumulate without showing leaders where processes need improvement or where awareness needs reinforcing.

Within IntaaS, we review suitable MARS® and ROSE™ reporting alongside the organisational context you provide. This helps you see recurring issues and decide where a process change, targeted training or further attention could reduce risk. Over time, the reporting gives leadership a clearer view of themes and priorities across the agreed service.
WHAT THE CAPABILITY DELIVERS
Clarity for the people who need to act.
01
Performance reporting
Understand how your reporting arrangements are being used, with clear summaries of activity and relevant service information.
02
Trends and recurring themes
Identify repeated security weaknesses, related events and areas needing closer attention. Help your organisation direct time and resources towards the underlying problem.
03
Written analytical insight
Add interpretation and context to the figures. Help decision makers understand what the information supports and what may need further examination.
04
Governance and executive reporting
Give the leaders you authorise clear summaries of the issues, their significance and priorities for action.
ILLUSTRATIVE LEADERSHIP DECISION
Use patterns over time to guide investment.
Over several quarters, reports from different sites highlight repeated mistakes when sharing sensitive information. Read alongside reporting activity, workforce changes and local procedures, these themes can help leaders identify where clearer guidance or targeted learning is needed.

Leaders can direct training and process improvements to the relevant teams, then review subsequent reporting for signs of change. This helps them decide where investment could be most useful.

Supporting your assurance
Consistent reporting and documented findings can support governance reviews and decisions about control improvements. Interpretation considers reporting confidence, data quality and organisational context alongside the numbers.
AVAILABLE THROUGH INTAAS
Reporting that develops with your level of support.
Performance summaries, visual reporting and analytical interpretation have different roles.
Your IntaaS package determines the outputs and frequency.
01
Foundation
An annual Managed Anonymous Reporting Service (MARS®) performance and deployment summary provides a view of service use. Foundation does not include dashboard reporting.
02
Professional
Quarterly dashboard PDFs and standard commentary help make service activity and recurring themes easier to understand, supported by an annual MARS® and Report of Security Event (ROSE™) overview.
03
Enterprise
Monthly dashboard PDFs, quarterly focused written analysis and an annual executive overview provide deeper insight. Scheduled governance reviews give leaders an opportunity to discuss the findings.
Insight with context
More reports may reflect greater confidence in speaking up; fewer reports may have several explanations. We interpret the information in context so leadership can ask better questions and make proportionate decisions.
Data analysis and visualisation are provided through the relevant IntaaS packages and agreed IntaaS additions. We agree the questions to address, the information available and the authorised audience.
